Gail Asleson Kang, M.D. received her undergraduate training at Northwestern University and her medical school training at Emory University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in Neurology as well as a fellowship in Movement Disorders at UCLA School of Medicine. She has held academic faculty positions in the Department of Neurology at UCLA as well as UCSF. Dr. Kang has extensive research experience in Movement Disorders and cognitive disorders. She has over 20 years of experience in providing clinical care for a wide range of neurological conditions including headaches, concussions, dizziness/vertigo, neuropathies, Movement Disorders, and neurocognitive disorders. In recent years, she has evaluated former NFL football players as a qualified MAF physician for the NFL Concussion Settlement Program.
